To make a reservation request, fill in the form below and click on submit. We will then reserve the hotels and reserve your chosen sportscar for you. We will then send you a booking form for you to complete and sign with your credit card details for payment of the 20% deposit and details of our bank if you would prefer to pay by money transfer.

The Goodwood 2004 programmes do not include a self drive car as all transfers are by our coach.

To drive a Morgan, an MGF or Mini Cooper all drivers must be over 21 and under 70.
To drive a Jaguar or Range Rover all drivers must be over 25 or under 70.

The price and what it includes
All prices are as per this web site. The price includes, hotel accommodation in a twin or double room, dinner and breakfast, a car of your choice, hire car motoring insurance maps, route plans, guide books etc. The prices are in Sterling and all payments made in other currencies must equal the same value in Sterling.

The price does not include

Petrol (gas) and oil as required by the car, lunch, drinks, entrance tickets or any other personal expenses. The price does not include travel to and from London to start the tour, travel insurance, or cancellation insurance.

Collision damage deposit

As with any hire car agreement the driver or drivers are responsible for a set level of damage to the car whilst it is in their care. This varies from car to car and with experience and age etc, we will confirm the level of collision damage responsibility after we have received your request form.

Payment

To confirm a reservation to Sportscar Tours for any of the tours we require a deposit of 20% of the total amount due. The balance of 80% is then due 45 days before you start the tour. If you are making a reservation for a tour that will start in less than 45 days the full amount is payable at the time you make the reservation. We can accept a payment to cover the cost of two people or a payment from each person.

Payment methods

We accept payments by cheque, direct transfer, and credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Switch). We will send you a payment form once we receive your reservation.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel a reservation after the deposit has been paid, we refund 50% of the money paid to us. If you cancel between 30 and 45 days before the start of the tour we refund 50% of all monies received. If you cancel between 0 days and 30 days before the start of the tour we do not refund any money. If Sportscar Tours Ltd cancels a tour for what ever reason we refund all money including the deposit. Please make sure that you organise your own cancellation insurance as we do not include it.

Our rights and conditions

Sportscar Tours Ltd retains the right to cancel any tour before departure. Sportscar Tours retains the right to use a sports car other than a Morgan on all our tours. Sportscar Tours Ltd retains the right to amend routes and hotels as local or national conditions dictate. Sportscar Tours Ltd cannot be held responsible for cancellation due to forces beyond our control such as political unrest, terrorist activities, adverse weather, acts of God etc. Sportscar Tours reserves the right to levy any increase in government tax that may be introduced.
